Good work Gavin. It might be worth qualifying Q3, highlighting that consumptive and non-consumptive abstractions are currently treated the same and so the impact of micro-hydro systems on the river environment is being over-estimated. Perhaps even note that other UK environmental authorities have adopted a significantly different approach which enables double the capacity of micro-hydro to be implemented. 10/12/2015 23:58:48
